Print a document that requires all four colors
with just a few characters to verify if one
specific color is a problem. For example, print
the Print Quality Test Pages:
1. Enter the Diagnostics Menu (Turn off the
printer, press and hold 3 and 6, turn on the
printer, and release the buttons when the
progress bar appears).
2. Navigate to PRINT TESTS > Print Quality
Pages.
3. Printing Quality Test Pages appears
and the pages print.
Is only one color missing?
Replace the developer unit
for the missing color.
Go to step 3.
