Return Filter
The return filter filters the oil in the header drive systems and should be changed after the first 50 hours and
then at 500 hour intervals.
To change the return filter, refer to the following procedures:

Removing Ret
urn Filter
DANGER
Stop engine and remove key from ignition before leaving operator's seat for any reason. A child or even a
pet could engage an idling machine.
1. Stop the engine and remove the key.
2. Locate the return filter (A) ins ide the left frame. It is
accessible from under the windrower.
3. Clean around head of the filter (A).
4. Place a container beneath the filter (A) to collect any
oil that may leak out.
5. Unscrew fi lter (A) with a filter wren ch .
6. Disposeofusedoilandfilter in accordance with local
environmental legislation.
