2. Enable MVR, configure VLAN 999 as a multicast VLAN, and add group 224.1.2.3 to MVR.
3. Configure MVR in dynamic mode.
4. Configure multicast VLAN on the source port.
5. Configure the receive ports.
Note: A receive port can participate in only one VLAN.
