Web Interface: Configure Area 1 as a Stub Area on A2

1. Enable IP routing on the switch.

a. Select Routing > IP > Basic > IP Configuration.

A screen similar to the following displays.

b. For Routing Mode, select the Enable radio button.

c. Click Apply to save the settings.

2. Assign IP address 192.168.10.1 to port 1/0/15.

a. Select Routing > IP > Advanced > IP Interface Configuration.

A screen similar to the following displays.

b. Scroll down and select the interface 1/0/15 check box.

Now 1/0/15 appears in the Interface field at the top.

c. Enter the following information:

• In the IP Address Configuration Method field, select Manual.

• In the IP Address field, enter 192.168.20.2.
