Check the ribbon cable connections. If the
fault persists, replace the main board.

fault persists, replace the main board.

Manifold or grid thermostat
failure
Manifold or grid thermostat open Check the thermostat connections, then
check the BH:X1 or DBM:XP6 harnesses.
If the fault persists, replace the
thermostat. If the fault still persists,
replace the main board. Refer to
Replacing a Circuit Board in Section 8,
Repair.
Runaway fault on [zone
name]
Temperature continuing to rise above
setpoint
Replace the hose/applicator cordset. If
the fault persists,replace the main board
or the power module. Refer to Replacing
a Circuit Board in Section 8, Repair.
Touchscreen calibration
failure
Touchscreen out of calibration Calibrate the touchscreen. Refer to
Calibrating the Touchscreen in this
section.
User interface failed to load Improperly seated, improperly
programmed, or failed internal SD card
Re‐seat the internal SD card. The SD
card should not be loose or able to be
pulled out without the usual push‐and‐
click release. See Figure 7‐12 for the
location of the internal SD card.
If the fault persists, upgrade the firmware.
Refer to Upgrading the Firmware in
Section6, Maintenance.
If the fault still persists, replace the
internal SD card and then upgrade the
firmware to copy the required files to the
new internal SD card. Refer to Replacing
the Internal SD Card in Section 8, Repair.
If the fault still persists, replace the
CPU/LCD board by replacing the
touchscreen assembly. Refer to
Replacing the Touchscreen Assembly in
Section 8, Repair.
