To replace the level sensor cable
See Figure 8‐8.
1. Disconnect the level sensor cable ground wire (3) that is connected to the
grid/hopper assembly and then disconnect the cable (4) from the level
sensor board.
2. At the other end of the cable, where it connects to the fill board,
disconnect the cable ground wire (2) from the spade terminal and
disconnect the cable (1) from the fill board.
3. Connect the replacement level sensor cable to the refill and level sensor
boards and then connect both ground wires. Use the screw removed
previously to connect the ground wire to the grid/hopper assembly.
Tighten both level sensor cable connectors to 1.1 Nm (10 in.‐lb).
4. Close the hydraulics assembly by pushing up on the pump and allowing
the spring‐loaded pin to automatically catch the assembly.
5. Close the hydraulics assembly insulation, close the touchscreen
assembly and tighten the screws, reinstall the controls and hydraulics
covers, and restore the system to normal operation.
