4. Use the supplied pin removal tool (P/N100586) to remove the tilt switch
pins from the bulkhead harness connector. See Figure8‐17 to determine
which pins to remove.
5. Cut the pin ends and the tilt switch ends of the wires. Discard the old
pins, tilt switch components, and screws.

To install the tilt switch
1. Insert the new tilt switch pins in the bulkhead harness connector and use
the supplied cable ties to secure the tilt switch wires to the harness.
2. See Figure 8‐16. Use the supplied screws to secure the new tilt switch
actuator and harness to the melter chassis and top pump bracket.
3. Plug the bulkhead harness connector into the BHRX1 connection.
4. Reinstall the hydraulics cover and restore the system to normal
operation.
