To remove the cyclone assembly components
See Figure 8‐21.
1. Disconnect the adhesive transfer hose from the cyclone upper body (3)
by turning the retaining ring counterclockwise and then sliding the hose
cuff away from the cyclone upper body.
2. Unlatch the two cyclone base (5) fasteners and remove the two insulation
blankets (4) from the cyclone base.
3. Remove the four screws that secure the cyclone base (5) to the grid and
then remove the cyclone base and gasket (6).
4. Loosen the screws on the worm clamps (2) that secure the cycloneupper
body (3) and exhaust hose (1) and then remove these components.
