To install the cyclone assembly components
1. Reassemble the cyclone upper body components shown in Figure8‐22
and install them in melter.
2. See Figure 8‐21. Make sure the cyclone base gasket is in place and use
the screws removed previously to reinstall the cyclonebase.
3. Reinstall the two insulation blankets and latch the cyclone base to the
cyclone upper body.
4. Close the hydraulics assembly by pushing up on the pump and allowing
the spring‐loaded pin to automatically catch the assembly.
5. Connect the adhesive transfer hose.
6. Reinstall the hydraulics cover and restore the system to normal
operation.
