Deleting attendants for an external line
Required: Programming mode must be activated (*95
31994).

g = Day service, second attendant
h = Night service, second attendant

Initial status for programming mode.
If an extension is connected to a door opener de-
vice, the device cannot be configured as an at-
tendant.
Within a subscriber group an incoming call rings
at the first extension available, according to the
call distribution plan configured for the UCD sub-
scriber group.
When no first DID is configured, the call will be
forwarded to the Overflow extension. In the
event that an Overflow extension is not config-
ured, the call will end. In such cases no exten-
sion is signaled and the call cannot be captured.
Meanwhile, the system will continue to wait for
an available external line.
