Permission list
There are three permission lists that can be configured
with different telephone numbers and individual exten-
sion prefix combinations (enter the number without the
external access code).
• Permission list 1 (COS 4) with 10 entries
• Permission list 2 (COS 5) with 25 entries
• Permission list 3 (COS 6) with 25 entries
In addition to speed-dial numbers, the telephones con-
figured for outward-restricted trunk access (with per-
mission list) can only dial numbers that start with these
combinations. When any other number is dialed, the
phone answers with a busy signal.
The permission list already contains some combina-
tions. These can be deleted if so desired.
To change a locked number, simply enter its list
entry number and the new number.
