R Cartridge
Not Valid
The system detects that an
expired reagent cartridge was
installed or the cartridge was
installed after being removed for
more than 6 hours.
The system is unable to use the
cartridge.
Replace the cartridge. Refer to
Replacing the Reagent
Cartridge‚ page 2-3.
Sample Temp
Out of Range
The system detects that the
temperature of the patient or QC
sample is beyond the acceptable
measurement range at the end of
sample analysis.
The system reports the sample
results. The message displays on
the printed report.
Check that the front cover is
closed tightly.
Analyze the sample again.
Scheduled QC
Not Done
(Level 1, 2, or
3)
AutomaticQC or Required QC
was not performed when
scheduled.
The system performs
AutomaticQC analysis for
missed QC when the system
becomes available.
Perform Required QC analysis,
or restore parameters.
SulfHb > 1.5% The system detects a
sulfhemoglobin concentration
greater than 1.5% in the sample.
The message displays on the
printed report.
Temp Not
Ready
The temperature of the
measurement module is beyond
the acceptable measurement
range.
This message can occur when the
system is warming up after being
shut down or when the door
remains open for too long.
Ensure that you closed the front
cover securely.
Wait until the system removes
the message from the events log
before analyzing samples.
Temp Warning The system detects that the
temperature of the measurement
module is beyond the specified
range for sample analysis.
This message can occur when the
system is warming up after being
shut down or when the door
remains open for too long.
