Disassemble the yarn carrier
rail
1. The yarn carrier rail is fastened with a total of 3 screws. Depending on
the assembly of the rail there are one or two screws at the left or at the
right-hand side.
2. Remove the screws.
3. Disconnect the plugs of the motors.
4. Remove the yarn carrier rail from the machine with two persons.
The side, which is tightened with only one screw is to be removed first.
5. Position the yarn carrier rail into the assembly device or place it on a flat,
clean surface (i.e. workbench or table).
Replacing yarn carrier The replacement point (A) for the yarn carrier is located outside the wire of
the yarn carrier rail:
for the front yarn carriers (track 1, 3, 5, 7…) at the left side
for the rear yarn carriers (track 2, 4, 6, 8…) at the right side
