10.4 Send email directly from the machine
In the "Send email" window emails can be written and sent directly from the
machine.
For this purpose the machine must be connected to the internet or to a
network with a mail server. Call up your network administrator in order to
install this function.
Call up Send email window
1. Call up the "Service" window.
2. Call up "Diagnosis" window.
3. Call up "Machine Management Tools" window.
4. The "Send email" window opens.
