Using the HS-1301-LN—Basic Operation
Making an Internal Call
1. Lift the handset.
2. Dial the extension you want to call.
Making an External Call
1. Lift the handset.
2. Press 9 for an external line.
3. Dial the phone number.
Answering a Call
1. Lift the handset.
Transferring a Call
1. Press the FLASH button.
2. Press * and 7.
3. Dial the extension to which you want to transfer the call.
4. Hang up.
Placing a Call On Hold
1. Press the FLASH button for System Hold.
Or
2. Press the HOLD button.
Taking a Call Off Hold
1. Press the FLASH button to take a call off System Hold.
Or
2. Press the HOLD button again to take a call off hold.
Redialing the Last Number Called
1. Press REDIAL button.
