It enables or disables the Globally Routable User Agent URI (GRUU) feature.
GRUU provides a unique user-agent identifier to a specific user agent (UA) instance. It
is required in which the REFER request must be routed to the correct UA instance, for
example, a call transfer.

Contact header of the REGISTER message.
