The IP phone tries to redial the callee as many times as configured till the callee

ReCall Configuration
ReCall, also known as last call return, allows you to dial the last received call. Recall is implemented on IP
phones using a Recall key.
The following shows configuration for a Recall key.

After provisioning, a Recall key is available on the phone. When you press the Recall key, the phone
places a call to the phone number that last called you.
