Hot Desking
A primary motivation for hot desking is cost reduction. Hot desking is regularly used in places where not
all employees are in the office at the same time, or not in the office for a long time, which means actual
personal offices would often be vacant, consuming valuable space and resources.
Hot desking allows user to clear pre-registration configurations of all accounts on the IP phone.
To use this feature, you need to assign a Hot Desking key. You can also specify which registration
configurations are available for the users.
