Rebooting the IP Phone via Web User Interface
You can reboot your IP phone via web user interface.
Procedure
1. Click Settings->Upgrade.
2. Click Reboot to reboot the IP phone.
The phone begins rebooting. Any reboot of the phone may take a few minutes.

The IP phone does not get an IP address
Do one of the following:
If your phone connects to the wired network:
Ensure that the Ethernet cable is plugged into the Internet port on the IP phone and the Ethernet
cable is not loose.
Ensure that the Ethernet cable is not damaged.
Ensure that the IP address and related network parameters are set correctly.
Ensure that your network switch or hub is operational.
