Subscription-State header of the BLA NOTIFY message.
Note: It works only if “account.X.shared_line” is set to 3 (Draft BLA). For teltronnic BLA,
you need to set the value of this parameter to 0 (Disabled). It is not applicable to
T19(P) E2 IP phones.
0-Disabled
1-Enabled, the IP phone can only recognize the NOTIFY message whose host field is
the same as the one in the SUBSCRIBE message.
account.X.bla.subscribe_uri_build_type

It configures the constitution of the URI for BLA subscription.
Note: It works only if “account.X.shared_line” is set to 3 (Draft BLA). For teltronnic BLA,
you need to set the value of this parameter to 1 (Enabled). It is not applicable to T19(P)
E2 IP phones.
0-From Contact header in the SUBSCRIBE message sent by the server
