Setting Up a Sequence
The Calculate Dilution Factor dialog box appears.

5) Enter a numerical value in each text box.
6) Click Calculate.
The dilution factor will be automatically calculated.
7) Click OK.
The Calculate Dilution Factor dialog box will close and the dilution factor, final
weight/volume, sample weight/volume, and dilution multiplier will be set in the
Edit Sample Log Table dialog box.
8 Set an internal standard concentration level.
1) Double-click on the ISTD Conc field.
The Set ISTD Conc dialog box appears.
