Performing a Quantitative Analysis
Creating a New Calibration File
The following procedure will help in creating a new calibration file.
A calibration file can be created in either Online or Offline Data Analysis. The
following example is based on Online Data Analysis.
1 Select Top >> Data Analysis >> Main Panel.
The ICP-MS Data Analysis window will appear.
2 Select Calibrate >> Edit Calibration.
The Edit Calibration dialog box will appear.

3Click New.
The New dialog box will appear.

4 Select a calibration type in the Type area.
