Specify the Name of the Switch.
Insert the IP address of the SDI switch
Specify the number of Input ports.
Specify the number of Outputs ports.
Select which input port must be mapped to which output port of the SDI
switch. This can be used for both main and spare cards. The mappings to
spare cards will be undone when a N+M redundancy switch happens to
map the main signal path to the spare card.
