2.13 SPT4 [20H 2CH]: Pattern data registration
Function: This command registers the pattern data of the designated program. It
selects the pattern block to be set as a parameter and sends the
corresponding data. When the program number is 0, it writes the data into
the buffer RAM. When it is 9999, it writes the data into the command work
RAM.
