OF DRIVEN DISK FRICTION FACING!
6.4.3.7 Operation 26. Check/ adjustment of clutch pedal free travel
Clean clutch pedal from dirt and foreign objects.
Control and, if necessary, adjust clutch pedal free travel shall in accordance with sub-
section 3.2.3.2 “Adjustment of clutch pedal free travel.”
6.4.3.8 Operation 27. Oil filter change or cleaning of centrifugal engine oil filter
6.4.3.8.1 Oil filter change
Change oil filter in accordance with Figure 6.4.21 simultaneously with oil change in engine
crankcase in the following order:
unscrew filter from adapter using special wrench or anything available;
lubricate the gasket 2 of the new filter with the engine oil;
screw on the new filter on the nipple. After the gasket touches supporting surface of the filter
housing 1, tighten the filter additional by 3/4 revolution. Mount the filter on housing with
hand effort only.
- screw on a new filter on the fitting, FM 009-1012005 (OAO “Avtoagregat”, Livny,
Russia) or М5101 (SOAO “Difa”, Grodno, Belarus) or NF-1501-02 (ZAO “PKF” Nevsky Filtr”,
Saint-Petersburg, Russia).
Lubricate the gasket 2 of the new filter with the engine oil before mounting of the filter to
adaptor. After the gasket touches supporting surface of the filter housing 1, tighten the filter
additional by 3/4 revolution. Mount the filter on housing with hand effort only.
In future, order oil filters from: a) FM 009-1012005 at the address: 303858, Russia,

address: 230019, Belarus, Grodno, M.Belusha street, 45, SOAO “Difa”; c) NF-1501-02 at
the address: 193019, Russia, Saint-Petersburg, Glinyanaya st., 23, ZAO “PKF Nevsky filtr.
