6.4.4.10 Operation 39. Oiling of the RLL turning shaft bushings
To oil the shaft bushings perform the following actions:
- clean two lubricating boxes (Figure 6.4.31), mounted in RLL bracket 1 from accu-
mulated dirt and consolidated lubricant;
- squirt both lubricating boxes 2 with a lubricant until the lubricant appears from the
holes.

6.4.4.11 Operation 40. Check of transmission oil level
To check oil level in transmission of tractors without creeper do the following;
- set the tractor on even ground;
- pull out oil deep stick 1 (Figure 6.4.32) located on the left side of GB and check the oil
level;
- the normal working oil level shall be between the upper and lower marks of the oil deep
stick;
- if necessary, remove the plug 5 on the upper cover of the gearbox 6 and add oil to the
necessary level (for access to oil filler plug 5 unscrew five bolts and remove floor cover
under the foods);
- put oil deep stick 1, plug 5 and floor cover back.
To check oil level in transmission of tractors equipped with a creeper (hydraulic
creeper), proceed as follows:
- put the tractor on a level ground;
- unscrew check plug 3 (Figure 6.4.32), located on the body of creeper (hydraulic
creeper) 4;
- if the oil level is below the level of check plug 3, top up oil to reach the check plug 3
level, screw in check plug 3 and additionally fill the gearbox housing with 10±0.1 l of oil. If
the oil level is above the level of check plug 3, then wait for the oil to drain down to the check
plug 3 level, then screw in check plug 3 and additionally fill the gearbox housing with 10±0.1
l of oil.
- to refill oil, remove filler plug 5 on upper cover of gearbox 6 and refill oil to the proper
level (in order to get access to the oil filler plug 5 on tractors with universal cabin (with canopy
frame or canopy base based on universal cabin) unscrew five bolts and remove floor cover
under your feet).
- place back plug 5 and floor cover.
