6.4.6.4 Operation 61. Check and adjustment of the fuel pump injection advance angle
Check the fuel pump injection advance angle in the engine at hindered start engine,
smoky exhaust and during the replace, mounting of the fuel pump after adjustment at the
stand after 2000 working hours of the tractor or during the repair of the engine.
At the engine D-245.5 fuel pump injection advance angle shall be 18º±1º before the
TDC.
At the engine D-245.5C with the fuel pump РР4М10U1f-3488 fuel pump injection ad-
vance angle shall be 13º±1º before the TDC.
At the engine D-245.5C with the fuel pump 4UTNI-T-11110007-720 fuel pump injec-
tion advance angle shall be 11º±1º before the TDC.
At the engine D-245.5C with the fuel pump 773.1111005-02 fuel pump injection ad-
vance angle shall be 8º±1º before the TDC.
ATTENTION: REFER TO YOUR DEALER FOR CHECK AND ADJUSTMENT OF
THE FUEL PUMP INJECTION ADVANCE ANGLE AT THE ENGINE! THE CHECK AND
ADJUSTMENT OF THE FUEL PUMP INJECTION ADVANCE ANGLE AT THE ENGINE
SHALL BE CARRIED OUT ONLY BY THE QUALIFIED SPECIALIST!
