When using leveling jacks, observe the following safety requirements:
- while lifting BELARUS-892/892.2 tractors use properly operating leveling jacks with
lifting capacity of at least 5 tons;
- before tractor jacking, stop the engine and engage the parking brake;
- while jacking (lifting) tractor front elements, put wedges under rear wheels;
- while jacking tractor rear elements, engage the gear and put wedges under front
wheels (wheel);
- do not put the jack on soft or slippery surface as it may cause the tractor falling off
the jack. When needed, use steady and relatively large-area support;
- after lifting the tractor, put limit stops under the front axle, FDA axle, axle shafts of
rear wheels or basic parts of tractor framework, to exclude tractor falling or rolling movement.
IT IS FORBIDDEN TO START THE ENGINE WHEN THE TRACTOR IS JACKED.
