1 OPERATIONAL Light (green)
NGS is fully operational.
2 DEGRADED Light (blue)
NGS is operational, but is operating in a degraded condition.
3 INOPERATIVE Light (amber)
NGS is inoperative.
Note: No lights illuminated also indicates NGS is inoperative.
