8 VNAV Speed Band (magenta)
Indicates the FMC target airspeed during VNAV PTH descents. The bottom of the
bar indicates the autothrottle wake-up speed. The top of the bar indicates the speed
at which VNAV will change VNAV PTH to VNAV SPD.
Airspeed Indications – Takeoff and Approach
1 Bug 5 (white)
Displayed if speed reference selector on the engine display control panel is in the
bug 5 position or SET position and a value greater than 60 knots has been selected.
Not available if the speed reference selector is in the AUTO position.
