Deviation Alerting
When deviating by 300 feet from the selected altitude, a momentary tone sounds
and the current altitude box turns amber and begins to flash. The amber flashing
continues until:
• altitude deviation becomes less than 300 feet
• altitude deviation becomes more than 900 feet
• a new altitude is selected.

Ground Proximity Alerts
The GPWS provides alerts for potentially hazardous flight conditions involving
imminent impact with the ground.
