A Pulse Menu
2. Click the Pulse Enable switch to turn the pulse Off
3. Click Accept
The pulse can be enabled again by accessing the pulse menu and clicking the Pulse
Enable switch to turn the pulse On.
A pulse deficit occurs when the systolic arterial blood pressure falls below the default threshold
indicated in the table below.
Pulse deficit and intensity can be modified from the pulse menu for each pulse.
Palpable Pulse Thresholds
Carotid 60 mmHg Radial 90 mmHg
Brachial 80 mmHg Dorsalis Pedis 80 mmHg
