Manual Blood Pressure
Blood pressure can be taken manually on either arm.
Non-invasive blood pressure monitoring techniques can be used by attaching a standard cuff that
has been modified with a T-fitting and adapters.
To modify a standard cuff for use with the manikin:
1. Using a standard blood pressure cuff, cut the hose that connects to the pressure gauge
2. Insert one of the supplied adapter fittings into each of the open ends of the cut hose
3. Use a female fitting on one end and a male fitting on the remaining end
4. Insert the T-fitting into the hose adapters
