exchange the places of the two probes. Only one should be conductive, the other
should be infinite. Otherwise, replace the rectifier assembly.
Note:
Never use a 500V megohmmeter to test the rectifier, because it may damage
the diode of the rectifier.
Condenser
Use a capacitance measuring tester to check
the capacitor state.
Condenser capacitance: 0.15µF.
Brush
Refer to the chart to measure the length of the
brush, and check its worn condition. If its
length has reached the maintenance limit
value, it should be replaced, together with the
brush.
Maintenance limit value of brush length (min.): 4.5mm（0.18in）
