High pressure at both
the low and high
pressure sides
Low pressure pipe is
too hot to be
touched
Air enters
refrigeration
system
Air exists in the
refrigeration system
↓
Inadequate vacuum
（1）check if the compressor
oil is polluted or
insufficient.
（2 ）evacuate air in the
system and charge new
refrigerant.
8. Improper installation of expansion valve /breakdown of the thermal sensitive
pipe（open too much）。

the expansion valve. If it is
broken, replace it.
