The show dot1x users Privileged EXEC mode command displays active 802.1X authenticated users for
the device.
Syntax
• show dot1x users [ username username ]
•
username — Supplicant username. (Range: 1 - 160 characters)
Default Configuration
This command has no default configuration.
Command Mode
Privileged EXEC mode.
User Guidelines
There are no user guidelines for this command.
MAC address The supplicant MAC address.
Authentication Method The authentication method used to establish the session.
Termination Cause The reason for the session termination.
State The current value of the Authenticator PAE state machine and of the
Backend state machine.
Authentication success The number of times the state machine received a Success message from
the Authentication Server.
Authentication fails The number of times the state machine received a Failure message from
the Authentication Server.
