- (4) "Automatic steering unit" function
- The vehicle is steered automatically via corresponding sensing along a reference
(e.g. cable).

When the automatic steering unit is activated, the steering potentiometer is deactivated.

If the driver carries out a steering movement, this overrides the automatic steering
unit due to safety reasons.
- (5) "Distance control" function - ON / OFF
m
Switching the laser OFF also disables the distance control.

When the function is activated at the operating panel,
the current distance between feeder / paver (5.1)
appears in the display.

If the distance is controlled by a saved value, then the
corresponding memory location #1 / #2 is displayed (5.2).
- (6): Preselection function "belt spraying system"

Press the button repeatedly to select whether the spray-
ing system is activated for
- (6.1): main conveyor belt + slewing conveyor belt
- (6.2): main conveyor belt only
- (6.3): slewing conveyor belt only
using the corresponding button (control panel).
