Incorrect handling of AdBlue
®
/ DEF can cause major dam-
age to the vehicle:
- Never fill oil, diesel or other fluids into the AdBlue
®
/
DEF system:
- Do not start the engine after filling incorrectly
- Consult the Dynapac service department
- Only use AdBlue
®
/ DEF as per ISO 22241-1 /
DIN 70070.
- The storage temperature for AdBlue
®
/ DEF
is between -5°C and 25°C (23°F and 77°F)
- Store in sealed containers to avoid impurities.
- No direct sunlight.
- It is not advisable to store in a vehicle for longer
than 6 months. Seal the tank breathers when stored
in the urea tank.
-If AdBlue
®
/ DEF is spilt on painted surfaces or alumin-
ium surfaces when topping up, rinse the affected areas
immediately with water.
- Do not fill the AdBlue
®
/ DEF tank until it overflows, oth-
erwise it can be damaged at very low temperatures.
- Always heed the local rules and regulations when dis-
posing of AdBlue
®
/ DEF!
- Comply with all further information in the engine operat-
ing instructions.
