5 Low-bed trailer transportation, slewing belt S5500 (solo)

The slewing belt cannot be dismantled from the feeder while on the low-bed trailer.
This must be done previously on a suitable surface!
Low-bed trailer requirements

The low-bed trailer must have the necessary number of lashing points with a lashing
strength of LC 2,000 daN.
5.1 Prepare low-bed trailer and conveyor belt
m
Before loading begins, non-slip mats (1) must be fitted to the contact points where the
conveyor belt stands on the low-bed trailer.

The conveyor belt can be raised with suitable lifting gear or a forklift truck.
The conveyor belt must be prepared for loading as follows:
