Mount the slewing belt to the feeder
- The conveyor is on a smooth surface with sufficient load rating.
- All lift supports (1) and standing legs (2) are in the installation position and secured
with the corresponding retaining bolts.
- Reverse the feeder slowly towards the conveyor.

You must work with a banksman!
The banksman must observe sufficient
safety clearance to the danger zones!

Heed the notes for directing the vehicle
in chapter C!
- At a distance of approx. 30-50 cm, stop
the feeder and switch off the engine.
- Make sure that the bolt (3) is removed
on both sides of the vehicle.
- Check the height setting of
the conveyor:
- the lower edge of the bearing (4)
must be 2-5 centimetres above the
opening (5) so that when the feeder
continues to reverse, the conveyor
and feeder can be joined without a collision.
- If necessary, extend or lower the lift supports to the necessary height:
- Remove the bolts (6) on both sides.
- Insert the pump rod (7) in the pump opening (8).
- Extend or lower the lift supports to the necessary height, using the pump.

If necessary, adjust the changeover valve at the pump.
- Now reverse the feeder slowly towards the conveyor. Stop the vehicle as soon as
the bearing (4) is over the opening (5). Switch off the engine.
