Wear check, readjust/replace scraper blades
If the scraper blade (H) is less than 2mm
above the blade holder (I), the wear limit
has been reached.
- If the second blade wear level is
still available:
- Loosen assembly parts (J) of scrap-
er blade
- Install scraper blades properly at in-
stallation position II (K).

All scraper tripper blades must always
be installed at the same position.

If the scraper blades are worn at the up-
per position, they must be replaced as a
set for the entire scraper.

Following adjustment or reinstallation of the scraper blades, a basic setting must be
carried out (see section entitled "Scraper basic setting")
Sharp-edged components!
Surfaces subject to wear can be very sharp-edged and can
cause injuries!
