Emulsion spraying system
Used to spray the parts coming into contact
with asphalt with a separator emulsion. The
emulsion spraying system tank (1) is lo-
cated behind the right lateral flap.
The spraying system consists of:
- a manual spray with hose reeling
device (2)
- a spraying bar (3) above the
conveyor belt
- a manual spray with hose (4) (o)

The hose reeling device can be mounted
on both sides of the vehicle.
- Connection options (quick-action cou-
plers) for the spray hose are located
on the left/right in the front and rear
area of the vehicle (5), (6).

The spraying bar installed on the con-
veyor belt is engaged with time control
on activation of the conveying function.

The separator fluid functions most effi-
ciently when it is sprayed on the convey-
or belt while it is still hot to removed any
material residues! This means that the
conveyor belt should be sprayed imme-
diately in case of longer interruptions in
work and immediately after the end
of work.

Repeat spraying 2-3 times to completely
spray the conveyor belt.
