The conveyor belt must be prepared for loading as follows:
- The conveyor belt must be cleaned, all material deposits removed and all mainte-
nance flaps closed correctly.
- The conveyor belt must stand on all standing legs (2) and on the lift supports.
All standing legs and lift supports must be secured with the corresponding
retaining pins (3).
- The retaining pin (4) must be inserted at the swivel arm.
- The locking plates (5) must be fitted.
- The hose package (6) must be fastened to the parking coupling (7)!
- The openings (8) for the forklift truck fork are open (wing bolts (9)).

Always work with a banksman when approaching with the forklift truck and inserting
the forklift tines in the openings.
- The conveyor can be lifted onto the intended attachment points or openings on the
low-bed trailer using suitable lifting equipment or a forklift truck.

After raising the slewing belt, move the
standing legs by hand into the transpor-
tation position and secure with the corre-
sponding retaining pins.
After stopping, extend the hydraulic sup-
ports until the conveyor is aligned in
a horizontal position.
