Command Syntax
clear counters (IF_NAME |)
IF_NAME
Specify the interface name to clear the
statistics counters.
This command supports physical or link
aggregation interfaces.

Usage
Use this command to clear the counters on the interfaces.
If the parameter
“
IF_NAME
”
is not specified, the command indicates that all interfaces
’
statistics counters information on this device should be cleared; otherwise only the specified
interface should be cleared.
Examples
This example shows how to clear the counters on all interfaces:
Switch# clear counters
This example shows how to clear the counters on the interface eth-0-1:
Switch# clear counters eth-0-1
This example shows how to clear the counters on the agg10:
Switch# clear counters agg10
