■ Assigning Job Menus to Users Not Included in a Job Group
Users who are not included in any job group automatically belong to a Default Group.
This section describes how to assign job menus to those users.
1. Press the [Job Menu Settings] button on the Tool Menu.
2. Press the [Job Groups] tab.
 The [Job Groups List] window appears.
3. Select the default job group.
4. Press the [Select] button.
 The [Select Job Menu] window appears.
5. Select a job menu.
6. Press the [OK] button.
 A job menu is set on the [Settings For Selected Group(s)] area.
7. For [Modes Available To User], set whether or not to display the Multi-
Function Menu.
8. Press the [Register] button.
 A job menu is assigned to users who are not included in a job group.
