5.11 Editing the Scanned Data in the Scan Viewer

5.11.6 Deleting a Separator
When a separator is displayed in the Scan Viewer window, the separator can be deleted.
1. Press to delete the separator that you want.
A window for confirming the deletion appears.
2. Press the [OK] button.
The separator is deleted.
5.11.7 Scanning an Additional Page
On the [Scan Viewer] window, an additional page can be scanned.
1. Load the documents into the ADF paper chute.
2. On the [Scan Viewer] window, press the [Scan More] button.
Scanning starts.
The scanning status (preview) and scan settings can be switched and shown
during a scan.
The page numbers of additional pages will follow on from the last page of the
current scanned data.
For [Print], up to 100 pages can be scanned. For other than [Print], up to 999
pages can be scanned.
When the blank page skip function is enabled, the number of scanned pages
excluding skipped blank pages is shown.
Additional pages can be scanned in place of skipped blank pages, until the
maximum number of scanned pages is reached.
When the scan has completed, the [Scan Viewer] window opens and shows any
additionally scanned pages.
HINT
When file splitting is set, additional scanned pages are not recognized as an additional batch
and instead of this, all pages including additional pages are recognized as a batch, then split.
Example: When file splitting is set to two pages each and additional three pages are scanned
after three pages are scanned
