5.4.2 Adding an e-Mail Target to the e-Mail Address Book
The following explains how to add an e-mail address or a distribution list to your My List in
the e-mail address book. e-Mail addresses or distribution lists cannot be added to the
LDAP List.
The maximum number of e-mail targets that can be saved in the e-mail address book is
as follows.
 Total of 5,000 e-mail targets which include groups, distribution lists and/or e-mail
addresses
 Total of 10,000 e-mail addresses
1. Open the [e-Mail Address Book] window in either of the following ways.
 On the [Send e-Mail] window, press in the e-mail address field.
 On the [Main Menu] or [Job Menu] window, press the [Maintenance] button, then
on the [Maintenance] window, press the [Edit e-Mail Address] button.
2. Select the [My List] tab.
