■ Cloning a Job Group
This section describes how to clone a job group.
1. Press the [Job Menu Settings] button on the Tool Menu.
2. Press the [Job Groups] tab.
The [Job Groups List] window appears.
3. Select the job group to be cloned.
The job group settings are displayed on the [Settings For Selected Group(s)]
area.
4. Change the job group name shown in [Job Group Name] to the job group
name to be added.
5. Clone the detailed job group settings.
For the procedure, refer to Step 5 through Step 15 in "Adding a Job Group" (page
207).
6. Press the [Register] button.
A job group is added to the [Job Groups List] window.
■ Editing a Job Group
This section describes how to edit a job group.
1. Press the [Job Menu Settings] button on the Tool Menu.
2. Press the [Job Groups] tab.
The [Job Groups List] window appears.
3. Select the check box for the job group to be edited.
The job group settings are displayed on the [Settings For Selected Group(s)]
area.
4. Change the detailed job group settings.
For the procedure, refer to Step 5 through Step 15 in "Adding a Job Group" (page
207).
5. Press the [Register] button.
The details of the job group are changed.
