12. Confirm the setting and press the [OK].
13. Press the [CORRECTION VALUE Y].
14. Specify the setting value using the [ ] [ ] icon or the [ ] icon.
You can set the range between -3.0 mm and +3.0 mm.

16. Repeat steps 6 to 14 until the misalignment between the two tools is corrected.
17. Press the [SAVE].
