SHAFT BOLT
Install
the O-ring and
spring
onto
the
rocker
arm
sh aft.
Apply LOCTITE@ to the
rocker arm bolt threads.
Apply
engine oil to
the
rocker
arm shaft
and install
the rocker
arm.
Install
and tighten the rocker
arm shaft bolt.
TORQUE:
45-50
N.m
(4.5-5.0
ks-m,
33-36 ft-lb)

Clean the cylinder head
surface
of
any
gasket
material.
Install the
rear cylinder
cam chain
guide
with the
washer
and
clip.
Install the
front
cylinder
cam chain
guide.
Install the
front cylinder
cam chain slipper
base.
NOTE
Be
careful
not to
drop the washer,
clip or
bolts into the crankcase.
